XKO order does not work

Hello,

 

I ordered the following 1 week ago today,  the 17th June

 

LG 43 inch Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV | Black,

 

I have tried to check the order tracking, but this says it's invalid tracking ID,

@rhinostrength  The XKO number is an order number not a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
