Hello I’ve ordered a new phone on the 7th of June, via phone.
I never received the email with the tracking number and confirmation of this order.
I need this details as I haven’t yet received the phone or the sim card which I also have ordered way before the phone.

Which phone did you order? could you include the model size and colour?
Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the email?

Hi, yes of course I checked everything.
also I just realised that the phone that has been sent to me is the wrong phone. I’ve been sent an iPhone 12 green when I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max gold.
I have never received the confirmation email to this order or tracking number.
This phone is still with DPD.
I also requested for a new SIM card. It hasn’t been sent, this was 1 month ago.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this so they can check your order.
They will be able to see why you were sent the wrong phone, too.
