Wrong email address

Hi

I have tried registering for the NHS unlimited data

Unfortunately I have entered the wrong email. When I tried re registering it won't except as  number have been used. How can I enter re register?

I have wrongly put my email and registered my ee number on it. Now i can not register it on the new account. Please let me know

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

Could you try logging into the NHS unlimited data account, using the incorrect email address and password you have set up.

 

You will then see an option to resend the email to a different email address to verify your details, can you try this and let me know how you get on?

Hi I have just registered for ee perks to get my nhs diacount but I have put the wrong email in and can't put the correct email address in. How can I re-register with the correct email address. Thank you

Hi Kate,

 

I mistyped my corporate email which is the source of the problem but I was asked to input my personal email address as well so I imagine it's associated with the account as well.
