Wrong data showing after purchase

So I paid £6 for 3GB add on data today and was only given 1GB. My phone clearly shows £6 paid and 3GB add on purchased. Where are the other 2GB?

but I have paid £6 for 3GB which is showing in my add on that it suppose to be 3GB, but still applying only 1GB instead.
