WmiFi connection

My settings are telling me there is no WiFi connection. WiFi is turned on. All other devices are connected.

  I have turned off my phone and then on again but no luck. What can I do?

@JMF4   Have you tried restarting the router?  And your device? What device is it ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Motorola phon which I turned off and restarted. Haven't tried the router yet. Thanks.
