Wifi box phone number to end my contract

my son lost the mobile wifi box and I am still being charged the monthly contract. I don't have a phone number for it so can't call customer services as they cut you off if you don't have a mobile number. I am in my account online but again it doesn't show me my phone number for it. Can anyone tell me how to find it without the box? Or a phone number to call about it?

@cebbrell Does your account say a MMB number ? As this is the number of the sim that was in the device.
You can call customer services without the number just press any number that is not an option number and you’ll be put through to customer services. You’ll need to be patient when calling as customer services are extremely busy because of the current situation.
