I have just got a new Smart hub, can I just add 1 disc and place it somewhere else in the house- or does the 1st disc need to stay connected by an Ethernet cable, and then get a second disc?

Thanks

Yes, either an EE disc or black BT disc.

Also, do I need to upgrade my package, or can I just set up a disc to boost my signal??

Yes, you may buy it as a separate accessory for £75 @ EE Smart WiFi Disc

I have the white Smart hub, do I need the black hub?

Hi @Exematt,

No, it's the white Smart Router you need.

I'm trying to order a disc, but can't get passed the payment page. Is the website down at the moment??

The white EE router is the Smart Router; the black EE router is the Smart Hub.

If your router is white & looks like EE Smart WiFi Router UI you have the EE Smart Router. Have you never looked at its labels or gone into its GUI?
