My Mobile data isn't working properly

Also from the sim which I pay almost £40 a month will not send calls or messages instead the person wont get my message or call and I am not receiving any my data is working very very slowly but my personal hotspot isnt

Has the SIM been activated and was it working properly for a short period of time before it stopped working?

 

Have you tried the "Check network" button on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee ?
