Why only getting 3 g

Hi there I have iPhone 12 Pro but when on data only getting 3 g done airplane mode goes 4g for a bit then back to 3 g and also reset network setting any help please

Assuming that you are on an EE-pay-monthly plan, is this a recent problem?

Have you checked for any network issues in your area, that might be causing a problem with 4G coverage? Check here under the "I have a problem" link

Yes a pay monthly customer and done all that and no problems In my area so I just wait and see if it sorts it self out
