Dpd driver has sent me a blurry pic of some woman's slippers claiming they've given me my parcel. Sat in like a Muppet all day waiting on him and he's given it to God knows who. They now say I've to contact ee about it as ee have to raise the claim? No sign of how to do this on your website however. Can anyone advise?
