Hi, I’m having issues setting up my Apple Watch s6 data. I keep getting call 150 and quote 019.

Have you spoken to 150 yet?

 

I would think that should be your first point of call as the message suggests.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I spoke to them earlier and they said i needed to wait for my watch to pair. Which is has... and still no luck...

Really? Mate I feel ya, this whole cellular watch thing has been a right pain in the ass for me too.

If you have paired it, have you been able to set up the data for it? 

Sick to the back teeth of this shambles. EVERY SINGLE watch EVERY SINGLE TIME, has some error, and never activates. It wouldn’t be such a pain if you didn’t have to hold for 30mins to get though and then an agent had a clue what the errors meant

I have the same problem. Pairing of watch after a reset is a pain with EE. Paying for it and not had it for a few months. Call times are long or their systems are down like now. 

Thank you.

 

But unfortunately that has not worked. Turned off Wifi on both and restarted on both.
