Changing delivery method.

I ordered a phone to be delivered by superfast which was done by the Service Enjoy. They said I needed a passport which I have but I didn’t know that they needed a valid passport as I have used it for other orders without any problems. The delivery driver said that they cannot give me the phone without an in date passport and that I should change my delivery so that it is fulfilled by Dpd. I was wondering if there is a way to change the delivery method?
