Why have i not received my pre-ordered (online) Samsung S10 Plus yet?

I pre-ordered my samsung s10 plus online and was told it was expected to arrive on Friday the 8th I recieved an email saying it was on track Friday at 10am but have heard nothing since.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Did you order the Ceramic white 516gb by any chance?

 

If so they have had some delays.
