Having tried 150 I still cannot find my order. It was ordered on the 3 Mar 19 and i am still yet to receive anything. I have the confirmed order email but nothing else. Ive tried the 'Track My Order' but it says its not valid. Why is this so hard?
I upgraded my phone but the delivery has been delayed. From what date does the 14 day cooling off period apply? Is it from the date I ordered or the date the phone is delivered? Thanks

I pre-ordered my samsung s10 plus online and was told it was expected to arrive on Friday the 8th I recieved an email saying it was on track Friday at 10am but have heard nothing since.
