Why have i got Conflicting Order Information!

I have got a preorder for a Google Pixel 3 Xl 128gb in black.

 

On the order tracker it says it will be ready to be dispatched in 24hrs and on the other side i received an email from EE to say there has been a futher delay!? 

 

Whose telling the truth what am i to believe when the Twitter team can't even respond to a tweet that i sent in asking the same thing?!?

@Pandaman18  Your tracker just needs to be updated.  This device has been delayed by the manufacturer. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Considering that the tracker was updated well before the text was sent.?! so which is it?!

 

Is it due in the next 24hrs or is it delayed seriously it isn't rocket science to provide the correct information now is it!?

We’re updating our delivery tracker currently, so please keep an eye on this and your updated order status will be showing there soon.

 

You'll get a text from DPD the day before and the morning of delivery.
