Hi, I called ee on Wednesday to find out where my order was....I was told it would be with me on Thursday but now it's Friday and it hasn't arrived. I ordered it on Monday 14th it's a iPhone 12 pro max graphite black 256gb. The device I'm currently using very broken after keeping hold of it for 5 years or so I was finally forced to get an upgrade as it heats up and turns off every few minutes. I'm desperately in need of my new upgrade where is it please I need it urgently? Please help!!!!!!!

@Chloe270 I've just had a quick look on the Apple site and the specific phone you have ordered cant be delivered by them until Jan 9th!!!
This would suggest there are UK Wide stock problems?
I'd definitely chase this up again if I was you.

Currently the delivery guidance for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB in Graphite is showing expected dispatch within 21 days.
You will receive a text or email from DPD when your order has been dispatched.

Oh my goodness that's absolutely terrible! Surely they can get it to me a bit faster then 21 days, I'm absolutely flabbergasted to be honest how shocking.
So what am I supposed to do when this phone actually does melt and break? I'm having alot of problems with it so ordered an upgrade I didn't expect that. Will that run over my 14 day deciding period to?

Your 14-day cooling period starts from when you receive your device.
Finger's crossed it's before the 21-day timeframe for you,
