Where my Nintendo switch

I've got a deal that includes a mobile handset and a Nintendo switch I was told I would receive the Nintendo 14 days after my handset.i still haven't received the Nintendo so wondering where it is

14 days is only time time before EE even think about dispatching it. You'll get it within 15 - 30 days of receiving your phone. You will be sent a text with tracking info when it is dispatched to you anytime during that period.
