I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 on Saturday (27th June) as part of an upgrade. When I ordered it told me delivery would be 2 working days. I recieved an email that day confirming my order but have heard nothing since. After seeing several similar posts on here I attempted to ring 150 but was left on hold for 10 minutes and had to abandon. There is no mention of my order on My EE account and there is no way to check tracking. Is there any way I can find out what's going on?

@Sparkydoo83 The only way you can find out why you don’t have it is by calling customer services.
