Where is my order?

Hi, I placed an order for a new phone on Sunday, and received my confirmation email. I haven't heard anything else since, and my order number says it cannot track my order.

I understand Sunday is not typically a working day, but as it claims the phone should be dispatched within one day I should really have heard something by Tuesday.

Please contact me with details of when I can expect my order, thank you.

It was a Samsung galaxy A21s, black and I think 64GB/3GB

 

I have my reference number if that's any help, obviously I thought I shouldn't post it on this public forum though.
