If tracker isn't working for you if you call 150 from your EE device or freephone 0800 317 720 from any other phone a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order for you.

I have the same problem, it's been 4 days and no word on the order. I've tried my order number on the tracking site and it just says 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.' I tried the phone line and it says, sorry we're busy try tomorrow.
It's quite frustrating, it would be ok if EE had explained that orders are delayed due to covid, but on the website it states that orders are still good.
