I placed an order on Wednesday for my upgrade. I’ve had a confirmation email which indicates my delivery date is today 13th December but I have no order number to track it by & I've had no text from either EE or DPD giving me an estimate of delivery times. I’m staying in today specially to take delivery of my phone.

DPD will send you a text the day before they attempt delivery 🙂
If you would like this looked into further give our Mobile Care team a call on 150 they will be able to check the order 🙂
