Where is my order

Good morning, 

 

I ordered a product nearly three weeks ago, and when I ordered it said ‘in stock’ however I’ve regularly been checking the ‘track my order’ and it still says ‘awaiting dispatch’. I did call around a week ago (finally got through) and was told, it is in stock but can’t understand why it’s not updated, then I was passed to another person who told me it was out of stock, then A few days ago I’ve checked your website and it’s in stock!? 

so, I’m wondering what the heck is going on. Normally a patient person, but I’ve damaged my iPad, and it’s my work one. 

It’s insured but didn’t really want to claim on it, and wait a week for a replacement, so decided to upgrade…. Oh how I wish I’d have claimed now haha.

 

anyway, any way of actually letting me know an exact date I should be expecting my device?

Hello @Muzz14  I’m on my 5th week of waiting, so don’t expect it anytime soon

FIFTH WEEK!!!!!!!!! I can’t go on that long, I use it to mock up wraps on cars for customers!!!

 

it was in stock when I ordered as I needed one ASAP!!!

 

wouldn’t have been an issue if they had stated it wasn’t in stock, I’d have just gone the insurance route…. Hey ho and all that!!

Yep, lots of us being told different things. I don’t expect mine for at least 2 weeks as I know people still waiting after 6 weeks. Curry’s have lots in stock.

@Leanne_T @Thanks Leanne just bought the 11 inch pro second hand for now, as someone said people were still waiting 6 weeks in……and I definitely can’t put potential customers off for that long haha.

 

I know it’s not your fault, however just an update on your selling sites/apps etc would have solved a few issues with customers including myself.
