Where is my order?

Hi,

 

I ordered the Iphone 12 Pro Rose Gold 128GB on the 14th November and still have not received it. The tracking has been saying 'order confirmed' ever since. Is there an estimated day I'll receive this because it has now been 29 days since I placed the order.
