Where is my order

I order the new apple xr on tue 6th. However, tracking has shown dispatched and never changed since then.... is there a delay on the xr?

I downloaded the DPD app... although I didn’t get a text or email to advice it was delivered to EE store the DPD app was showing delivered and signed for.. I picked it up today.
