I made an upgrade at the start of the week, I've had an email to say thank you for your upgrade/order but I havent heard anything else. The main issue is that I now need to change my delivery address
Just a bit worried that I'm going to miss it being delivered

@Charlotteweb The device will only be delivered to the billing address so you can not change this. Give customer services a calling in the morning as you should of got tracking information by now.

Oh okay well it had asked what address I would like it delivered to when I made the upgrade so assumed i could get it delivered to my place of work instead of my home address! I've tried calling today but the message had said they are trying to prioritize vulnerable customers, which I guess this is really a priority with everything going on

@Charlotteweb when you call you just have to be patient when calling they will get round to you. Just don’t hang up.
