Hi just joined EE, moving from BT. Got an iphone 11 and wanted to move my number over to EE, i have my pac code and entered it when i was checking out, the lady on the phone discussing my order after also added my pac code.
got my phone today and inserted my new EE sim but it is showing this new number rather than my existing number i want? I can’t find any information about a timeline this will take to complete? I also don’t want to be billed again for BT on the 11th June.
any help appreciated thanks
