Dropped my phone in the canal yesterday, new one came today with a new SIM, but the SIM doesn't seem to work as I can't make calls or send texts.
It's definately in the right way, and the letter it has come with says it should be activated already?
I can't call 150 because I can't make calls.
Any help would be appreciated

@DalaiLiam do you have a signal showing on the device ? If not you’ll have to allow the Sim card time to activate this can take up to 24 hours but do try turning the device on and off a few times as it usually only takes 3 to 5 hours to activate.
