When will my new phone arrive?

I ordered my upgrade over a month ago but the delivery status has not changed, when will this arrive? And why can't I see the details of my new plan online?

@RavynWytch73   What phone ?  If it’s the s20 ultra I’m not surprised you don’t have it yet, the orders for these outstripped what Samsung thought they would need to produce.

No it's an iPhone 8

@RavynWytch73   I highly recommend you call customer services about this then as you should of had this by now.
