@Maryam1  DPD usually text you before 11am to inform you of the delivery time slot.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @Chris_B said, DPD usually message you before the delivery to confirm a day/time-slot.
