Hi, does anybody know how long a phone takes to arrive? I upgraded to a Smart plan to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max on Sunday 29th September and EE said my phone got dispatched on Monday 30th, but it still says it’s been dispatched and it’s now the following Saturday. How long does this take to arrive to the EE store?
I’ve tried the live chat option (doesn’t work), I’ve tried calling the store and I’ve even tried calling 150 but there isn’t an option to check for orders/deliveries.

@xyrene If it’s a store delivery the store will contact you when it’s there. The store will only answer a phone call if someone is free to answer. Your better off going to the store or calling customer services and just select an option. I.e. upgrades.
