What's going on with customer services?

For the most part, I always remember getting through pretty much straight away on 150. Over the last few weeks, I've noticed the wait times getting worse - what on earth is going on?

@Treguard Like you other customers are also calling customer services and because of the current situation in the world customer services are taking lots of calls.

Cheers for the reply. If anything, I'd argue that they could recruit more staff if people are still working from home? The current situation seems to be continuously used as a cop-out. I still have to do my job, so I expect the same from others.
Apologies if this seems unsympathetic, but EE aren't exactly compensating me for staying on the phone, and my time is precious. They could at least do a call-back feature.
