Website problems

For the past couple of days, each time I log on to my account, I get the following error message, Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.  Given that I haven't tried to do anything other than log on at this point makes it rather meaningless.  I can still top up, but can't buy data.  Any ideas?

This would be accessing my account online - I don't have the app.  Still a problem at 12:33 UK local time

When was the last time you topped up your account? 

 

Can you use the EE Fast Payment Online?

Earlier on this week.  The link you suggested just goes round in a loop asking if this is the number etc etc
