I’m currently with Vodafone and decided I wanted to move network so ordered a new SIM card only contract with EE last night. I have an email saying my order is being processed, however I would like to cancel this as I have changed my mind. I obviously haven’t yet received the SIM card so am still with Vodafone but I’m worried if I don’t cancel it (even though I haven’t used it) they will take money from my card monthly. Is there any way I can cancel the new sim before it is sent to me or can I send it back?
