Waiting for sim to upgrade

Hi I ordered a sim upgrade on the 19th April, received order confirmation. But have not received any further information- my email confirmation states I should look out for a text message. How long does this normally take? I have tried tracking my order number but can’t get any info. Thanks.

Can you let me know which phone you ordered with the size and colour and I can check to see if it is in stock and the estimated dispatch time.

I would recommend giving our customer care team a call to check on your order if you are not waiting for a device.

Hi, just called them, not sure what the issue was, but a new sim is being sent out to me. Thanks for you help. 🙂
