@Antonymario If you don’t have a tracking number then nothing has yet been dispatched to you or even allocated to you. What are you waiting for ?

I can't seem to find the Samsung S20 FE Cloud Blue on the online shop, was this a good as new device or could this have been a different model?

It was good as new and I got when it was in stock, I check lastnight and they’ve not got any off that colour left so I must of got the one of the few remaining

@Antonymario You might of ordered before the online shop updated to show no stock. The online shop does lag behind what EE actually has in stock. This probably will explain why you don’t have any tracking information.

sorry I’ve just spoke to someone from EE only for them to tell me that My order isn’t coming at all. Thankfully o rang them otherwise I would off been waiting for a delivery that wasn’t coming
