Ok so around 2 weeks ago I switched over to ee from three and ported my number across. Came across using a payandgo SIM upgraded to a monthly sim.
This is where I'm stumped. WiFi calling is turned on (mate 20 Pro) the SIM I upgraded works but volte and WiFi calling don't show / work. Done all the usual reset settings, on / off aeroplane mode with WiFi etc etc.. reset phone to factory.. absolutely nothing.. never even received the text saying WiFi calling is now active.
But if I put a brand new payandgo SIM in the same phone from the same pack as the SIM I converted it even without being topped up it immediately shows volte and WiFi calling at the top.
My wife has the exact same phone on the same firmware and in hers my sim doesn't show volte etc, but her SIM only (exact same plan as mine bought days after mine added to the same account) in my phone shows volte and WiFi calling.
I ordered a replacement SIM through my account wondering if it could be a problem with the 1st SIM I used, activated that today and it hasn't changed anything. Yet the new sim shows in my wife's phone fine yet nothing still in mine.
Any ideas where I could go from here as it seems like a sim / account issue on my number 😕
Cheers tom.

Hi @tommyukuk
It is either your device it your account. Call CS and ask them to look at your account to ensure the service is activated, and ask them to refresh your line.
Thanks
