I've recently transferred from Three to EE and used my PAC when ordering the EE sim so I could keep my number. I had an email from EE to say that the number transfer would take 24 hours (even though I didn't have the new sim at the time). I've just received the new EE sim but have tested the numbers out and it's coming up as the new EE number rather than my old one.
I've tried to enter the PAC into the form online in case the PAC wasn't registered on my account, but it says it's wrong. I've not had any texts to say the number transfer is happening - would it have been set up already or do I need to get a new PAC? The one I used should still be valid as it is within the 30 day period to use it.
Just a bit confused really, and don't want to lose the chance to keep my old number on my new sim.

Porting is not carried out on the w/end. It'll now be on Tues.

Hi @RD37 ,
You should receive one message to mark the beginning of the move and one to mark completion.
Users have reported hiccups before the port is complete so don't panic if you observe strange behaviour before the second text. Good luck!

@XRaySpeX Thank you. This was about two weeks ago now, but I only activated the sim today so maybe I'm just being impatient!

@mikeliuk Thanks for your reply. I've not had any texts regarding the port yet (other than from Three to say they didnt' want me to leave), just an email from EE saying that the number would be moved within 24hrs, so I'll wait til early next week and see if I get anything, otherwise call customer service.
