Upgrage payment page "site under maintenance"

I've been trying to upgrade my phone for 3 days now. Every time I go through to the payment/confirm page to upgrade it just comes up saying "site under maintenance". I can't use the EE app or ring from my mobile phone as the screen is broke, hence trying online to upgrade. The only reason I can keep using my current mobile is with my apple watch! 

 

Any help would be appreciated!

I am the same, what happens if your phone isn't working and can't call? most people don't have a landline anymore and want to upgrade quickly online. So now I have to go visit a store as my phone isn't working. I've tried around 6 times now to upgrade, I choose all my selections and then when I want to pay it says 'sit under maintenance'. It has been days now. I'm actually so annoyed i'm not sure i'll even bother upgrading and spending more money. 

I have the same issue.  Very frustrating.  Why do ee do this?

Are you trying to do an early upgrade or a standard upgrade?
