I've been trying to upgrade my phone for 3 days now. Every time I go through to the payment/confirm page to upgrade it just comes up saying "site under maintenance". I can't use the EE app or ring from my mobile phone as the screen is broke, hence trying online to upgrade. The only reason I can keep using my current mobile is with my apple watch!
Any help would be appreciated!

I am sorry to hear you are unable to process this online.
Have you tried another browser?
I would also recommend clearing cache and cookies and trying again.

@Katie_B Thanks for the reply.
I've tried a different browser and I've cleared cache/cookies etc. but no luck. I can choose the phone & plan, but when it goes to the confirm page it just shows site under maintenance

I would recommend calling us on 0800 079 8586 from any landline or provider so our customer care team can help upgrade your phone and also look into the issue regarding your online account.

If you have a local EE Store near and wish to process your upgrade there that won't be an issue.
