Hi,
I upgraded yesterday through BT, to get an iPhone 12 pro max, 128gb in Charcoal. I was told I’d get an email from EE within 24 hours and I haven’t. There’s no changes on my BT account either, but the upfront cost has been taken.
Can someone please confirm that the order has been placed and everything is still going ahead.

*UPDATE*
just in case there’s anyone in the same situation in the future, I just received a notification from DPD, saying my EE order will be delivered tomorrow, which is the release date, so that’s pretty awesome and it has all gone through, despite no confirmation.
