Hi,
I upgraded yesterday through BT, to get an iPhone 12 pro max, 128gb in Charcoal. I was told I’d get an email from EE within 24 hours and I haven’t. There’s no changes on my BT account either, but the upfront cost has been taken.
Can someone please confirm that the order has been placed and everything is still going ahead.

have you checked your spam/junk mail ?
if you haven't got anything call freephone 0800 956 6000 opt 2 then opt 4 and a customer service advisor will be to check the status of your order for you.

Welcome to the community,
If you upgraded through BT, I would suggest you contact BT to find out, as although they are working together, EE and BT are still two companies, and you have to contact the company who is dealing with your order.

@Profile closed @Schockwave i called the phone number you gave and have been given a billing account number, and told that it’s on a preorder and once it’s confirmed on the release date (13/11/20) I’ll receive all the information including confirmation, account info and delivery etc
