Upgraded my sim package but it came with a new number. I want to keep old number

Hi,

I have just upgraded the sim only package. Sim arrived but it has a new number. I would like to keep the old number but with the new upgrade features.

How do I rectify this? If not possible, would I be able to cancel the new upgrade?

Thanks

@Heaven-Creeper  just to check did you upgrade or did you take out another contract?     If you look at your online account does it show you have one number on your account or 2 ?    If it’s one you can continue using your old SIM card as your change in tariff is account based and has nothing to do with a new SIM card. (you don’t need a new sim on a upgrade)
