Upgraded, kept same number, sim swap completed but still won’t activate.

Hi, 

 

I received my new upgrade and subsequently followed the steps to activate my new SIM card included. I kept the old sim in the old phone, followed the instructions on Sim Swap and it told me it could be 24 hours before it is activated. It is now 48 hours and still no activation. Neither phone sims work now. I have restarted both devices several times. 
I have WiFi calling activated and my new phone is saying EE WiFi calling but no network. My number is shown in settings correctly. 

all help is appreciated.

When was the last time you restarted your phone ?

 

If it still don't work after restarting your phone call freephone 0800 956 3146 and a tech advisor will be able to get your new sim up & running.
