My wife upgraded from an old Huawei to a new iPhone staying with EE. There wasn't a new SIM card in the upgrade pack, so put old one in the new device. The old SIM appears to have stopped working now, about 2 weeks after new phone arrived. Would anyone have expected there to be a new SIM, as that is kind of what i was expecting?
Any help appreciated.

If the SIM card is the same size, we won't always send a new SIM card.
Please get in touch with our Mobile Care team, they will be able to get a SIM sent out for your wife 🙂
