Im getting increasingly frustrated of not getting throug to the right person or customer services to sort out my issues.
I upgared my EE contrcat last year Samasu g A70 in return got free gifts. SAMSUNG 43in TV and Nintendo Switch.
Both are now faulty and have stopped working. After going back and forth with Toshiba Tech for simple details I am told can not get a replacement only a repair and the Tv has to be sent off for repairs.
What do I do in the process?? Without TV who is going to compinsate. No one wants to take responsibility. EE for its not under their warranty. Ive been back and forth and all blaming each other while im stuck with faulty goods!
I have written to EE customer service as cant seem to get through to anyone sensible to help.

@Shalad407 You get the standard warranty provided by the manufacture of that item and thats supplied by that manufacture.
And how did you get 2 free gifts when it should be one free gift per device on contract.

I upgraded 2 handsets, 2 lines. Therefore 2 gifts.
