Going abroad

Hi I’m going to France Spain & Portugal for 3 weeks on the 6th July & just wanted to check my usage & roaming & if I am fully covered?

Replacement sim activation without old sim/phone

I’ve got my new sim but don’t have the old sim or handset what should I do? 

New ohine and sim being delivered tomorrow but need 4 digit dpd pin to accept. Ee have disconnected my current sim so I have not received a pin from dpd and can't access on app because I can't authenticate via mobile as no sim active. Please help

I have a 5G device with SIM and want to know If I can get a full IPv4 WAN not CGNAT with inbound traffic to me can EE do this? Or is it a big no and is CGNAT only with this type of network?Thanks

the no upfront cost on braodband lie

ok so upgrade my present broadband package from essentials 36 to full fibre 150 essentials'. offered no upfront cost.  get email to confirm and it says £30 cost upfront.   WHY
