Upgrade versus buying a new plan

I just terminated a 24 months plan so I decided to keep the phone and upgrade only the SIM card. After I did it, I realized I had much more options (and cheaper) from the EE shop for SIM cards. Why did I have only a few options for upgrading my SIM card plan??

I upgraded it online. Then I also called assistance because there was an issue with my billing address.

I upgraded last week.

OK a week has gone by. Plans change. You can't then complain there is a cheaper option. This most likely wasn't available a week ago.

Well, thing is that even if I look today on my upgrade options that cheaper option is not available. It is on the Shop but not within my options. I am not sure I made myself clear.

If you upgraded online then you have 14 Days to cancel, could be that your upgrade options was your recommended ones, then normally if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the Page it's shows another option like See All SIM Plans.

Best thing to do is get on the Phone to 150, explain, then see if you can cancel your New Plan in favour of another one, or go further tell 150 what your really after and they may have some deals under the table they can offer you. Good Luck with it all but I'm sure your be fine.

I called them, they said that over the phone they have better deals so now I am sorting it out. Thank you!
