Upgrade from Android to iphone

I've upgraded to iPhone from Huawei and have put new SIM in iPhone. Followed instructions to transfer info from one phone to other and iPhone still telling me No Service. What do I need to do?

Have you registered your new SIM card at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim?

 

Is your old SIM the same size? if so, you can use this in your new iPhone.
