So I upgraded my device today and decided to choose the 6-8pm slot. Nothing has came, I've received no email from the delivery company, just a confirmation email from EE to confirm it was on its way. The tracking info isn't accepted on the delivery website and EE online tracking isn't working either. I can't call as contact centre is closed and I'm concerned my phone has been stolen or somehow I've been hacked. Please advise?

I didn't realise EE did same day deliveries?
The reason why your tracking information doesnt show up is because the courier hasnt picked up the parcel from the warehouse.
Dont worry about being hacked or the phone being stolen.. it hasnt left the warehouse yet.

EE use DPD I expect they delivered it somewhere else!

@rolodojo , what are you talking about? DPD will only deliver to the address given, so not sure why you are saying that, you are only making the OP more worried about not receiving it, as DPD usually do let the person know and give updates too.

@Rumbum22 I ordered my upgrade on Thurs and im still waiting on delivery. It let me book an hour time slot on Fri then told me there was a delay. It said delivery due yest and again today but no option to pick a time slot and no update. Last update was to say its on the way to my local depot on Friday 🤷♀️. Maybe the weather playing a part? Everything stops when there's a wee bit of snow! Fingers crossed they come sooner rather than later
