Upgrade date dissapeared?

Hi,

On EE for months and months (as my contract ends 15th January) was told i could upgrade anytime for the £100 fee and trade my phone in and standard upgrade 1st December.

Iv's waited all this time and next week be ready to upgrade but the date of upgrade has gone off the App, i text 150 which says i can upgrade now but when it go's to the website will let you click on shop and not upgrade.

Different parts of website says i can upgrade, others doesn't. Very confusing.

 

Worst of all i can't see the actual date of upgrade as if it's been taken off.

Aghh so frustrating,  anyone know whats happened?

I had the same issue. I had to log a complaint which was resolved by smetech team. 

 

Received an email with in two days advising me to log out and then login.

 

All works now.
